Its a bit of a technical read, but this is one to keep an eye on. If this bill passes in the states, it could have huge ramifications on the digital technologies and internet industries. Apple, Yahoo, and Google have left the US Chamber of Commerce in disgust over its support of this bill. Its pretty huge:
