Subject: Music While Gaming Mon Oct 31, 2011 3:08 am
As most of you guys know, a bunch of my classmates and I (from the Entertainment Business Management program) are putting together a CD to raise money for the Child's Play charity. I'm trying to get a general idea of what sort of music should be on this album and I need your help.
What do you guys listen to when you're gaming and what would you want on this CD?
(Both label and independent music is allowed as we will be contacting them to try and get the license for their songs)

Songs to listen to while gaming? I would honestly have to say BrySi songs. (I.E Video Game songs)

I believe it'll be out on December 6th, but that's my guesstimations. Glad you're interested, though. And yeah, I already suggested that song (We Come Together). We'll be trying to get the label to give us the licence for it sometime this week.

I'd say to use a song from touhou but i doubt you'd get the license (maybe if you can speak Japanese >>) so I'll suggest trying for pendulum: slam

Guys I need some serious help. I've basically exhausted all my ideas for possible music licenses. Please, if any of you guys have suggestions for music thats electronic/dubsteb/chiptune/whatever that sounds like its fun to game to, or has gaming references, or is a remix/rehash/resomethin of a game tune... suggest it. It can be either a really popular song/band (like Daft Punk) or not well known yet (like .. the song Helicopter ) it doesnt matter. Thanks for all your help, guys <3

I wish I could help but I don't listen to things like dubstep. I listen to rock music from the 80es and 90es which is not the best thing to listen to while gaming unless your going on a killing spree lol
