Team Fortress 2 Tournament Idea?

So, I've been debating this for awhile, What would everyone think of throwing a TF2 tournament? Here are some quick rules I developed. Im all open for re-fining or suggestions

RULES:

1.Must have a team of 8 people, No more, No less. This is done so we don't have to worry about unbalanced teams and such.
2. We will be playing Vanilla maps and vanilla game modes, No mods to keep it fair. Both the maps and game modes will be randomized before the tournament begins. (Drawn out of a hat, hopefully casted when drawing)
3. Sign up fee costs 1 Team Fortress 2 Item (Anything trade it to me, or any of the casters (Josh, Beau, Tom) before your match begins

The winning team will get all of the items used for admition fee. How they decide to break it up from there, Is their choice

But that's just who I'd like, after all I'm a meh TF2 player, and will probably gather a team from Cfogle gaming's channel

I'll be on whoever wants me to be on their team. Also may I suggest a separate tournament for a Highlander match, that would be fun.

Watch when I get cfogle....he has 2.5k hours into the game and always gets in the top 3 spots....then if I get his clan

Highlander game mode?

9 players per team (the normal amount)

Stream+ announcers?

And more things, even though it is just an idea right now, it should be more clearly stated of what is going to happen.
