| I dont know why i was, but i got banned and it wont let me on jtv for any reason.. I really didnt do anything to actually get banned. so meh, no chatting for me on jtv  | |

| Happened to me bro. Theres is a small solution I figured out.
If you saved your account information on your browser then you can go to on on of our caster's pages on the front page and click "Click here for _____'s page".
If you saved your account info (which I hope you did good sir!) then it should automatically logon for you!
If you didn't save it, there's still hope! If you have a laptop, try to find a place around town that has a network to connect to. (such as some libraries & cyber cafes). Then logon there and make sure to "Remember Account". It then should be able to logon itself at home.
If all else fails, I'm really sorry. I really understand. Oh, and the reason you were banned was probably because your connecting proxy was open. That may be of some recent router, proxy, or IP changes.

| I was IP banned not too long ago, thanks to someone who was visiting our place. JTV was absolutely no help in resolving issue I sent a few emails explaining the situation and hoping it would be overturned, but I didn't even get a response. I eventually ended up just changing my IP so I could have access again.
As a comparison, my WoW account was recently hacked then banned for real world trading. Within 45 minutes of opening the ticket, blizzard had overturned my ban and returned my missing items, and they have to deal with probably hundreds of thousands of tickets every day. | |
