| I'm definitely for running a MC server once again, and have been for a while. There's just a few things that I need to make sure of before we start it up again because of the difficulty running one.
Since we have lots of people on the forum now and hanging around our community, it seems like a good time to bring these thoughts out.
1. How many people would be frequent on the server?
I need to know this because I don't want to end up spending more money on slots that won't get used just like we have in the past.
2. If there is anybody that knows how to work any kind of bukkit permissions plugin, would they mind working with us on the server so that we can get that working? Would they mind going through a trial if we don't quite know or trust them yet?
Permissions has been a wrecking ball for me to figure out and work on in the passed. I've spent so many nights looking at the text and codes in the file that I don't want to work so much on it again.
3. Once the server is up, are there people that would be willing to help pay the upkeep each month so that we're not just throwing our money at you guys? I don't want the bill to fall on just the 3 of us (Tom, Josh, and myself).
This is important because when we pay for the server, and then people aren't really active on it, we lose our enthusiasm of paying for another month of it.
So, give your ideas below and we'll see where this goes.

| I'd like to think I'd frequent the server. I've been playing more and more MC lately, and though I can't build fantastic things.. I'd still enjoy being a part of it. I'm not into the technological aspects of this, let along will I pretend to understand them.. But I'll try to help in any way I can in keeping the server pretty and nice. Sadly, I don't think I'd be able to help pay.. But like I said before. I'll offer to help in any way to keep things running smooth and nice like.
I also like the idea of a trial period. (If we're thinking about the same thing. In the thought of limiting some access to people who maybe aren't known well.) For a while. It's the easiest way to gauge how people will react and get along with others, all while covering your behinds in case something should happen.

| I will be on the server daily, just like the other one. Also I can help out with paying not a lot but like $5 a month or something.
Ideas: The Yogbox mod pack, the Aether mod, Applications to join the server (so we don't have a million griefers), and only let regulars of the forum and cast join.

| Those are some great suggestions Ret, I'll have to look into the mods and see if we can incorporate them into the server depending on what host we go with.
As for $5, that's great! It's much appreciated.

| i'd love to have the server up again, but when we had it previously, i was really the only mod who was on consistently, and me being the only mod ever on, i never really had time to build things, as i was always running around helping people. If we could get mod applications running beforehand and have mods pre-selected, it would be much better. | |

| I'd be willing to mod, if someone gave me the rundown on what to do. | |

| I would be a mod, but I REALLY don't see a large chance of that happening. Mostly because its Beau Josh and Tom's decision. XD | |

| Well, I won't leak any information just yet, but I have a few candidates in mind for the position of moderator. I just need to run them over with Josh and Tom first, and possibly talk to those individuals as well. As for applications for mods, I'll get right on those tomorrow. There will be separate threads for moderators and whitelisted people. More details on those tomorrow though. | |

| I would frequent the server and donate an upkeep of probably 10-20 dollars. Hope the server returns, and in a good way. |
