In-Game problems with starcraft 2

My starcraft 2 for some reason can't handle having the SVU on the screen (Builder class) When I select them my frame rate drops from 40-60 to 5-4 This makes no sense whatsoever, I keep having multiple flickering because of this and I have tried everything to fix it, I decreased the settings to low and still encountered this problem, I am open for any and all suggestions, ANY

All drivers have been updated too, At this point I just wanna playthe game I payed 60 bucks for

What is your computer running at when you play star craft 2? Like is it from you have a "shitty" Computer? Im not sure tho.

I can run it at high settings, I have a Nvidia Geforce 310M, Im running it on Windows 7 64 bit, Nothing seems to be working to fix this problem and Starcraft 2 is the only game i've ever had problems with, Even crysis was easy to run on this computer at high settings

Have you limited Starcrafts, FPS, I know near launch there were problems that made it near impossible to play, and it burned a hole through your computer as well.

Have you tried lowering the graphics setting to the lowest setting to see if that at least helps the problem?
