The Starter Hotel

Recently i've had an idea to create a hotel of sorts for anyone who's new to the server to have a temp. base, or if they dont have a bed yet.

It would be like 3-4 small-medium rooms with a bed, chest, furnace, and crafting table.

Only Concerns i have for it are:
1. If People will use it
2. If the new people will be able to find it/know about it
3. Theft of other people's stuff, or the bed.

So i want to know if it's a good idea before i go off and build a useless building.

Sounds like a great idea, i will definitely use it (that is if my application gets accepted )

I would use aswell, would probably have to put permissions or something on the doors.

Very good idea, I do remember needing a place to store my shit and stay for the night when I first joined.

Note: I already built it, but i don't remember exactly where spawn is so i put 2 signs leading to it.

I have installed furnaces in all the rooms. All empty rooms now come with a free coblestone pickaxe!

Yeah, i dont care if people add to or make it better, just care if there is theft or destruction

It sounds like a great idea, seeing Im a new player and hopefully I can join this server, I'd need a place to call home for a bit.
