Uboa is that....thing you came across in the light spam room. Or your safety corner room. He's a ghost...thing that pops out of this girl called Poniko from a game called Yume Nikki made on RPG maker. Yume Nikki is a game about a girl that explores a huge world in her dreams as she sleeps all the while finding and sometimes using powers she finds along the way; such as a knife, a bike, turning into a cat and many others.
In one of the worlds you can enter this girls house and spam her lights....do it enough and she turns into UBOA.
Skip to about 7:30 if you don't wanna sit there and watch.
As you can see in the video, it's a slim chance and takes a ton of spaming..you must have gotten luck tonight.....that or Uboa really likes you.. Also just like in nightmare house 2, you can't leave the room till you touch/kill Uboa, but he can't move or hurt you.
