| Ello thar and I would like someone to help me. I bought These Turtle Beaches X11's on January and they worked fine until 2 weeks ago. The right side of my headphones didn't work, I googled to see how to fix it but strangely I got no results. :/ Now my Turtle Beaches don't work period, I can't find any results. Please help? | |

| i currently am using second hand x21's. they work fine but the old owner broke the dials on the cord, so now the "chat" volume controls everything >> they still work perfectly and I've used them for a few months | |

| I've had my X11's for about 10 months now and they work fine still. I use them with my computer and my 360 and they work as well as they did when I first got them. You must have gotten a bad set of headphones. I'd say contact Turtle Beach and ask them if they can help. Hope this helps. | |

| Yeah same thing happened to me...the left speaker went dead, so I just said screw it and just use it as a mic now. | |

| I haven't had any problems with mine, besides them being really warm. lol I also lose the microphone tip a lot. Did you handle them carefully? They don't seem very sturdy at all. | |
