The Rawcritics Minecraft Server is a pretty good one:

Their IP is: "minecraft.rawcritics.com" or so it says in the video's description.

There's also a rapture server:

I don't think you can actually play on that server though. I heard they run a mirror server and I tried to get on it one time but it didn't seem to work for some reason, you can download their map here though.
