Looks like an amazing game. I'm loving the facial animations and now the new "Catch a lier" technique. Defiantly a must have.

The more I learn about, the less interested I become. At first I was thinking it would sort of be like Heavy Rain with GTA game elements, but now it just seems like GTA: Serious Tone and 1940 LA setting.

I was actually really excited about this game, until I found out it's not really an open world game. You can only drive a car when the game lets you and it's pretty linear of where you can drive on a case. When not working a current lead it enters a "Free Ride" type mode, but the world map is only 8 miles (like 12 kilometers ...?) of L.A. County, so not much exploring room.
So, yeah it's gonna most likely be a rental for me, which is sad as I do like 30's/40's crime drama's. Besides that, if it's anything like Heavy Rain it's gonna have a decent story, but not much fun, game-play wise. I mean, it's gonna have good graphics and all, but graphics don't make a game fun. I'm still hoping though that it is a really good game with redeeming qualities. I'll just wait until someone gets their copy and a review is posted on these forums.
Because I trust you guys/gals more than anyone one of those big name reviewers who take bribes for a good review.
