i know what the problem is and all that i just can remember how to fix it basically my antivirus is making games like tf2 and any other game that has folders that update alot i need help because this is making it hard to play my games and this can even help others

I use Eset NOD 32, that anti virus does not use much cpu power. and it shouldn't lag games because it doesn't actively scan unless you ask it too.
